One of my biggest worries since we got Kennedy's diagnosis is what the future will be like. I'm sure I've said it over and over. And really, you don't know what the future is like with any child, so I don't know why I worry about it so much more. I read this
article today and it brought tears to my eyes. This is my hope for the future. a happy and healthy individual that is living her life to the fullest, and achieving all things that are important to her.
For now, she likes to swing, and that's exactly what we'll do.
I don't get it mom. Last week it was fleece, today it's shorts.
This is so fun! Push me higher mommy!
(This is what happens when Kennedy refuses to nap before the park.)
Look Mom! I'm standing in my crib.
I've got to get the last drops out mom!
Jennifer, thanks for sharing that article! It's great! You guys need to come up here so Ellie and Kennedy can hit the swings together.
ReplyDeleteThey would have so much fun! Maybe we'll get up that way in the spring!
ReplyDeleteJenn, you are so correct there can be obstacles, but your wish will be my prayer for such a beautiful little girl and a precious Family.
